Multiplay GameserversReviews of multiplaygameservers.com

The staff response time is great during operating hours l. Uploading file to the servers get approved and processed with an hour of upload. Minimal server lag or studdering of servers. All in all great server providers

You sold a product but its impossible to have a french service.

I have been using Multiplay Gameservers for years to host a Mumble server. 1. Very little downtime, I can't even remember the last time the server was down. 2. Good price, it's not expensive to start but if you renew for 3 months it is pocket change to keep your server running. 3. It's easy to allow friends to contribute to the server. They provide a really simple system for it. 4. Customer service, on the rare case I actually had to contact them they were courteous, fast, and professional. Like the title says, never had a problem with the service and I would recommend it to anyone.

Good service good prices

Just what the title says.

I rented a Starbound server for me and my friend, but it turned out we were too far apart to have acceptable lag. I told the support team about my problem, they tried moving the server, it didn't fix the lag, so I asked for a refund instead. And you know what? I got it. No issues whatsoever. It was great that I could test it out without consequences, and I can only thank the team again for their kindness and competence.

Fast and easy process to get started. Using over a year for guild and very little problems. They are quick to resolve issues.

Very easy to use, upgrading and downgrading is very easy too depending on usage. I have had a server for around a year now and have had no problems at all!
