I paid for a 1/2 year subscription
I paid for a 1/2 year subscription and still can't get into the site. every time I try the notice to buy membership comes up. are you still in business or am I doing something wrong . I have subscribed to your site for years now. let me know

kindly email us at [email protected] . your membership is already active, make sure to login using same email. sometimes, customers use different emails so they face such issues, having multiple accounts using different emails.

In TOO MANY occasions the movie stops…
In too many occasions the movie stops and i have to swith to a different provider.

Sometimes, a server works fine for one person but not for another due to geographical location or internet issues. We are here to help, and we have a download option available to avoid any streaming issues.

Great site easy to use and your administrative staff that I ready out especially after I make a payment is very professional & responsive but one thing once payment is made we should have immediate access y’all need better processing system for payments

I like the quality of the stream
I like the quality of the stream, however some shows recently do not have english subtitles, which is the whole reason I pay.
