This was our first time ordering with Murcal. Our Jeffersonville location has placed an order in the past so it was fairly easy to get our location set set up and place a credit card order. We are located in Southern California so the product was received next day. Over all I was happy with the service received.

I will explain what happened as best as I can. There is this thing we needed so we went on the internet and found out MurCal had it. We called on the telephone and purchased it from a man called Jay. To put it delicately, a transaction was made in the pursuit of capitalism. I hope this review finds you well.

I was glad you had the piece I needed on hand. Somewhat disappointed that it was not shown on the web catalog. It would have sped up my order to find it myself. It was a diode that is used on some of our generators...not a high volume item...FW Murphy 65000362

The usual story, trying to get wheat combined in Montana and the fuel shut off solenoid on the diesel engine decided otherwise. Found the piece on MurCal, put in the order, asked them for special arrangements on shipping which they took care of right away and the part was shipped out as requested. Doesn't get any better than that. Now if FedEx had done what they were paid to do... but that is another story. The folks at MurCal did a great job. Thank You!
