Ordered them in size 7. When they arrived they were right on the toe and decided to exchange them for a bigger size. I reached out to customer support that promptly managed my exchange request and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay for it!! Shoes are really good. Strong support and slip resistant. Will definitely order more colors.

I read the reviews and they sounder wonderful so I purchased a pair and have worn them 2 days at work and I can tell the difference in how my feet and back feel. Great shoes that come with 2 different inserts...and they are not tight on my feet. Got them 1/2 bigger and fit perfectly!

Musabela sells lower quality athletic shoes, and uses terrible customer service to make it impossible to return or exchange merchandise. When I tried to get a refund the post office and UPS informed me that the postage would cost more than the price of the $60 shoes. They informed me that this is a scam that even their staff members have been victimized. You can buy better shoes off the shelf at Walmart at half the price with no hassle returns! Do not patronize Musabela or you will get robbed!

Very cheap shoes not worth the price they want work with you to cancel your order and then when you want to send them back they want give you a free shipping label very bad company to deal with please don’t order from this company they will rip you off Kim E

Very cheap shoes. Wouldn't pay $10 for them in a discount store. Returns are only to China, not Florida, in order to keep you from returning them. Not reputable at all.

As a healthcare works on my feet 12hours a day, I definitely recommend these shoes for the comfort and support they provide!!
