A email notification was received on 9/30 that the product was damaged in transit. An email reply was sent within 2 hours of the initial email requesting a photo(s) of the crushed packaging and product. When a reply wasn't received by 10/3, another email was sent with the same request, to send photos of the crushed shipping carton and product. Still no reply. We will work to resolve the issue when you respond as to what remedy you prefer.

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We have re-created your order and shipped it to you the same day we were advised of the issue. It is scheduled for delivery on 8/7.
