I ordered 3 prescription glasses with bifocals and the bifocals is in the wrong place. I can't see out of them. I want a refund on all 3.

It's been 6 weeks since I ordered my glasses and they came in totally wrong and the company refuses to write make them right and also refuses to refund or honor their warranties buyer beware I have approached them several times and have no responses coming back

I ordered what was supposed to be Blue glasses but the ones I received are 98% Black. Super dissapointed. Customer service contacted me and has allowed me to chose another frame at no charge. They had great communication and I am excited to recieve Blue glasses!

I have to lean my head all the way up to get to the progressive... I can only use these for looking at my phone but not daily wear because I cannot see the computer unless I hold my nose up. I gave my prescription and ordered. Lesson learned.. take your self to the eye glass shop!
