The glasses were absolutely wonderful! The only reason I gave 4 stars was that shipping took about 4 weeks

I feel like my centering is a little off, although I used the tool that finds your PD. Also, I have a pair that is supposed to turn darker in the sunlight, that only appears to darken after I leave the sunlight, which is totally weird and useless...but they look good.

Dear angela, thanks for your feedback, based on the phenomenon you mentioned, we can guess that the photochromic lenses have changed color in strong sunlight, but because of the strong light, it doesn't seem so dark, but It will take about 5-10 minutes to change to CLEAR LENSES indoor , it can be explained that all items look lighter in the sun, but look darker indoors, thank you for listening and wish you have a great day!

I really liked the glasses and the price was excellent. I get compliments on them often but after 6-8 months the frame cracked. So past the warranty. Would I order from them again? Maybe.

Hello Kelly, we are very happy to receive your feedback, customer's voice can help us to do better, we really love to hear from you, yes, according to our company policy, within three months after delivery If the glasses are damaged, we can remake them for free, only charge the shipping feee, but beyond the three-month, we can also send the frames for free, just frames no lenses, which is also a good choice, as long as your optometrist glad to help you install the lenses or we can send a coupon to you, we really try to fix everything the customer have, but at the same time we should follow the company policy, as you know, many companies only have one month quality guarantee period, but our have three months, it is obvious that we are happy to do more for you, thank you again for your feedback and wish you all the best.

Takes a while for the glasses to arrive but no problems with the glasses. Fit nicely and the prescription was spot on.

Good service, am a repeat customer and think arrival just over 3 weeks to Australia is pretty good for prescription glasses. Took advantage of buy one get one free offer so very economical for 2 pairs of multifocals. Only very minor issue is one pair the frames are a darker shade than what they appear on the web site, expect some variation but not quite this much, but do still like them overall.
