Nobody really knew prices on charge controllers. The experienced help didn't bother to help the new guy that was trying to make this customer happy. Not first time I've seen this there.

James, I'm very sorry you had a difficult time getting pricing with our new saleman. We get so many people visiting our store because we're one of the few companies that don't just sell wind and solar products online. We're a real bricks & mortar (well, steel and aluminum) store that carries hundreds of products. We've hired additional salesmen to help out but it takes time to get them trained up. I understand your frustration but hope you can understand and will give us another chance. -Crystal
