My life changed, this products are very very good. Almost all my symptoms are away, 95% relief in about a month. More than satisfy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

The process was easy, the doctor answered all of my questions and came up with a treatment plan for me. She really seemed to care and made me feel like I mattered. So far I feel like my symptoms are much less than before. Will be sticking with alloy

TLDR: THEY SHIP PRODUCT IN THE HEAT KNOWING FULL WELL IT WILL EXPIRE THEN REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM SO YOU WITHDRAW AND ARE OUT $325!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PHARMACY! To be very clear I worked two providers, one was on vacation so that’s where the second one came in because I really needed a fast solution to the problem the shipping/pharmacy created, and they went above and beyond trying to help me and get me what I needed however… My first round was great, I got the patches even though I was a little bit unsure about whether or not I wanted to use patches they turned out to be amazing so it was very happy. A few months later the bottom fell out and it turned out the dosage was now not enough which I guess is very common so that I don’t fault them for plus where I think the doctors did amazing is that they stepped in and upped the dosage right away. Fast forward to receiving the new patches 6/16/25 and MAJOR FAIL. They did not work AT ALL and every symptom came back 3 fold!! After some research I found out they are not supposed to get above 86° (and even that is only allowable for a short time like a few hours other than that they should be under 80°) so three months worth of $325 product was completely USELESS. I began emailing support on 6/28/25. My first email was completely ignored so I reached out to out again on 6/30/25. This time I also reached out to the doctor to ask her if she could help and that’s when I met the doctor that covered the vacation and she said she couldn’t do anything about replacing them but she did what she could by approving another round of them and told me to try get a hold of support again for my $325 which I turned around AGAIN and I did because I cannot afford to be paying for this stuff twice. Finally on 7/1 they responded offering to send more patches but maybe a different brand and would that be amenable. I said I’m willing to try anything but honestly I think you guys need to send it in a cold pack but please just send me what you have because I’m desperate. The next day she reached out and said they have a different brand available that they’re going to send out will that work? I said AGAIN, YES PLEASE SEND THEMMMMM! Then every day I checked my shipments and EVERY DAY NOTHING. On 7/4/25 I reached out AGAIN and said why have these not been shipped, PLEASE HELP ME. Now it was a holiday so I definitely did not expect them to reach back out to me on that date (although the doctor reached out to me on 7/5/25 but still couldn’t help until customer service did their part) and I reached out AGAIN on 7/5 and was left of READ until Monday 7/7/25 and then YET AGAIN asked if it is ok to ship the alternative brand patches which I YET AGAIN said YES, please send them right away! Then you can guess what came next: I reached out on Tuesday 7/8/25 asking again why nothing is being shipped?! HEARD NOTHING. I finally emailed again on 7/9/25 EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with a tone that showed it and now it’s a whole NEW STORY: I'm truly sorry for the distress this situation has caused and for the delay in resolving your issue.   I've been working closely with the pharmacy regarding the replacement for the Sandoz patches, they’ve declined to send a replacement, stating that patches are dispensed based on availability. Even though they confirmed the Sandoz patches are currently in stock, they are not authorizing the replacement at this time. I’ve escalated the matter to our internal team and we’re now awaiting a formal response from the pharmacy. I understand how frustrating this is, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.   I’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated as soon as I have more information. Alloy Customer Support LIKE WHAT?!?! YOU SAID YOU GOT AUTHORIZATION TO SEND THEM ON 7/1/25 WHY IS IT DIFFERENT NOW?!?! So long story not exactly short I will be filing a credit card dispute in about 10 minutes I’m also going to file complaints against the pharmacy both in my state and and the one that they shipped it from because they are knowingly sending product out that they know is getting damaged on the way there and then turning around and charging the consumer $325. YOU CANT SAY YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEN LEAVE THEIR ANGRY ESTROGEN STARVED BODIES TO COMPLETELY WITHDRAW SO YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE TENFOLD THEN PLAY WITH THEM FOR 11 DAYS! RIDICULOUS!!!
