It's hard to even comprehend how bad this company really is. Horrible experience, I would not recommend.

My Amazon Guy kept taking our money and providing no results. After 5 months, they didn't make a dent on improving our bottom line. On a 1-2 Day project, they would take a week or more to complete. Even after that, there would be many mistakes. My Amazon Guy changed Brand Managers on me three times in 4 months. Poor management. They would take the most simple project and make it "appear" complicated. I don't think half of them have a working knowledge of the English language. They knew nothing about our products, and I felt like I had to rewrite every description they would send to me for approval. After I made my issues known several times with no results, I fired them. And they had the gall to demand more money. When I refused, the so-called "Vice President of Finance" charged our business credit card without my permission. Without any legal agreement to do so. To this day, I have no idea how they got the whole credit card number, since I paid each month's bill manually.

Sad to say it but I wouldn't recommend MAG for anything Amazon related. You are getting oversea workers at a HUGE markup. Nothing wrong with overseas workers, but you are going to over pay big time with poor account management.

They destroyed my product, after their work I lost sales of a good selling item and finally Amazon closed the listing. They always tried to push me to sign a contract with them for full service. Will never do that after one worse experience with them!
