Good pricing and excelent customer support. But de web UI could use some improvements, its often slow, confusing or inefficent in a workflow.

Same here. All of my websites are down as well as the database servers. I've been a customer for many years, and I haven't had a problem, but to not respond to customers is not a good sign. Did the company burn down or something? Not happy with the lack of communication. If something is wrong, tell us. Post a page somewhere. Send emails. Do something. Edit: I finally got a message, so I'm changing my rating. I wish it would have come sooner though.

They are ok most of the times. In 7 years I have few time problems with the hosting. Most of the times support team answer quickly but there were 2 time where they have big problems. First time they have a server crash for 2 or 3 days. Second time the problem was bigger, SQL servers were down and some of the DB were lost. Make sure you backup your DB.

MyASP.NET has started to improve over the last year. They did a server upgrade last year and it was done poorly and caused outrages. Since then, things have been pretty stable.
