I love my blu pillow
I love my blu pillow I am looking for a blu lavender high loft but it is no longer in stock. I hope you will get some soon. The other types are not the same as the lavender.

No coconut smell
The pillow is comfortable. But there is no trace of coconut smell at all. Is this something that could be partially refunded for? Or should I return the pillow?

THEY ACTUALLY SENT THE WRONG PILLOW
THEY ACTUALLY SENT THE WRONG PILLOW. REALLY? IN 2026, YOU CAN'T READ THE ORDER AND SEND THE RIGHT PILLOW? AND NOW I'VE BEEN WAITING 6 WEEKS FOR THEM TO GET THE PILLOW, INSPECT IT, AND THEN SEND ME THE REPLACEMENT. HOW ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
