I was hesitant to use Brightwheel but our parents love it and it has streamlined the tracking process for it.

An amazing App with tons of awesome features

Bright wheel helps me keep in touch with parents throughout the day, check in and out, send photos, give meal updates, etc.

Brightwheel is a great app to stay in connection with parents & let them know how their child is doing all through the day! It’s great.

Brightwheel is easy to navigate and gives me information about my child’s day.

We started using BW a few months ago. My center is relatively small, 30 children, 7 teachers. I really love the app, the ease of use, the way I can communicate with parents and parents can communicate with teachers. I feel there are a few glitches on the app that still need to be worked on. For example, when I make a child inactive, they still show up on my "billing" and "plans" tab. I feel this sometimes can get confusing. I also wish it had a calendar feature, where I can add events or daily activities for the entire month for parents to see.But overall I would recommend this app. It has made communications with parents way easier.
