Hard to know who to trust these days
Hard to know who to trust these days. Ive become very comfortable with USTech. I don't normally make recommendations but with 5 or 6 instances of using their service I am satisficed I'm getting my money's worth.

The technician took ownership of my…
The technician took ownership of my problem and quickly got me working again. The agent promised a return telephone call and actually keep his promise..Imagine that someone keeping their word...Thank you Guys.

i thought there was a conflict between…
i thought there was a conflict between thunderbird and VPN Hotspot, your tech. Jan T. very quickly identified that the conflict was actually caused by my own ISP security, i knocked that off, and hey presto! everything works just fine. Jan T. is obviously very perceptive, very quickly knew cause of problem, 8 minutes to get me going again.

Josh was amazing
Josh was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to clean up my 10 year old computer and restore it so it is faster. Highly recommend this service.

Good service
The tech who called me was very professional and helped me understand what the problem was. He fixed it almost immediately. Very good service for those of us who are not computer literate.
