Fairly easy to work with although rules re accounts is not clear. One should be able to withdraw as much money as one wants to from any account at anytime.

Great rates. Great customer service team. Here's my rub and the reason for the 3 stars vs. 5 star rating: I hate the look of the monthly bank statement. Its hard to read, its crowded with excess crap. Its a mess.

The tellers are always efficient and helpful.
