Excellent Customer Support!
The customer support and leader of this company truly went above and beyond to help me, I had input my address incorrectly and they took the time and effort to reach out less than a day later and with quick replies helped me update all information to ensure a smooth delivery! Truly excellent work, and I’m not very excited to see the results!

Great customer service and such a GREAT…
Great customer service and such a GREAT product. I bought it for my boyfriends birthday last year and he loved it so much, said it was the best gift he has ever received!!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL..
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL... HAD THE CARTOON HEART BOUGHT FOR A VALENTINES DAY GIFT... ARRIVED NOTHING LIKE OUR IMAGE AND BROKE. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE ASK IF I COULD FIX IT MYSELF USING GLUE..OR TO ADK A FRIEND...IF I AGREED THEY WOULD REFUND 20% ... THE PHOTO GIVEN WAS CLEARLY NOT USED AND LOOKED NOTHING LIKE US EVEN GIVING MY BALD HUSBAND A FULL HEAD OF HAIR.

Prompt response
I had an old address auto fill in my billing info & I wasn'table to edit it myself. I emailed customer service immediately. I received a very quick response from Sara & was given instructions to correct it. It was resolved within 24hrs. I was very pleased with how quick & easy it was with communication.
