It's ok, but could be better

Some days my computer work OK and the others days it is stubborn

realy helpful knew my problem

I've finally found a company (My Fast PC) that has helped me with difficulties with my computer. They are very patient, helpful and trust worthy. Besides all that, their employees are very nice and understanding with a customer who knows very little compared to them. Thanks, My Fast PC

Following a description of an unsatisfactory experience, supervisory personnel of MyFastPC have contacted me and advised that such a wait and non-availability of technicians would not reoccur. I felt very confident that the staff that I talked with knew exactly how to fix my pc. They were very nice and very professional on the telephone and I liked that they took over my machine as I watched them do their work. It was a great experience. Thanks.
