Website: Arguably one of the best alt bricks out there. I chose to use gobricks as someone recommended them to me. Buying all the parts I need off of Lego would have cost to much and there was a limit on how many you can have of one item ( I needed well over 10k pieces for the mosaic I was creating). From the start the website was easy to use and navigate, although I did miss the specific part I needed and ordered something else at first. I needed to change this mistake but I couldn't find how to do this as it was slightly hidden away this made it more awkward as the team had already started making my order and parts. The colour names also somewhat matched Lego names which made it easier for me to know what colours I was buying as my list was using had only Lego names. Customer service: Once I got through to customer service that I really need to change these parts there was a cost which I understood but they was happy to refund it as my order was so large and I was a first time buyer. I was in contact with Demi through out the whole thing and they was very informative and kept me updated as my order number was changed so I couldn't check things myself. Quality: I would personally say this company is a strong competitor. The quality is just like Lego strong, durable and high quality. As I said previously my order was well over 10k pieces and I wasn't missing any they gave me extra just in case there was faults or misprints. I only found 2 miss prints in all of them pieces. Also the items come well packaged. All pieces are kept separate and secure from each other which makes the building experience a lot more fun as your not sorting through trying to find 1 small piece in 10k other pieces (if you have ever used Legos pick a brick you know how annoying this is when they shove all the pieces together in one bag). Overall experience: My overall experience I would rate a 4.5/5. Simply put everything was great from the website to the customer service. Like I said previously the only thing that really caused an issue was finding whether I could change my order or not and the fact that I could no longer track my order as the order number was changed. I will be returning to this company in the future when I build more mosaics or large MOC designs :).

Hi Daniel, We read through your incredibly detailed review more than once—from the 10,000-piece mosaic project to website navigation, customer service, and quality impressions, you captured almost every step of the journey. That level of thoughtfulness really means a lot to us. Your words about our quality—"strong, durable, and high quality"—and calling us "one of the best alt bricks out there" are something our team will hold onto. The fact that you found only 2 misprints out of over 10,000 pieces, with extras provided just in case, and that our separated packaging saved you from digging through thousands of mixed parts—those details made our quality control and packaging teams genuinely proud. And a special thank you for shouting out Demi. She was truly happy to help, and we'll make sure your kind words reach her. We also hear you clearly on the two pain points you mentioned: We completely understand the frustration of realizing you'd ordered the wrong part but couldn't easily find the modification option—especially once the order had moved into production. We've logged this and are currently reviewing ways to make the modify button more visible before an order enters processing. As for losing self-tracking after the order number changed—you're absolutely right, it doesn't make sense that an update would take away your ability to track on your own. Our tech team is exploring solutions so that in the future, no matter how an order number changes, you can always access the latest status through the same entry point. Thanks again for your 4.5/5 rating and for your willingness to come back. We can't wait to see your next mosaic or that next jaw-dropping MOC. Happy building, MyGoBricks Team [email protected]

I have been dealing with them now for 60 days placing 4 orders. They have free shipping is you spend about 75.00 bucks. If not shipping was very reasonable for regular shipping 7-15 shipping days business. I contacted the customer service department very fast service was next day. I find using there website is much easier than brick link they have a well stocked inventory all the products I receive was great and good prices. Maybe certain LEGO products sure have a long history specially sets for sure. But for a lot of basic and standard bricks I would see if people can tell from LEGO. Regular bricks. Lego has a lot more special extras that kids like for sure. But a great company to do business with I feel

Hello Michael, Four orders in 60 days—when we saw that number, our first thought was how genuinely trusted we felt. To have you come back repeatedly in such a short time is probably the greatest affirmation we could ask for. Truly, thank you. Your comments about our website made us especially happy. Making it easy for creators to quickly find the parts they need, without getting lost in a complicated interface—that is the simplest, most genuine intention behind our website optimization. Also, the fact that you mentioned our well-stocked inventory is something we really appreciate, because it reflects the hard work our entire supply chain team puts in every single day. We especially want to respond thoughtfully to your view on our positioning compared to other brands. You put it very realistically—the other well-known brand's accumulation in specialty pieces, printed elements, and children-oriented sets has been built over decades, and we respect and admire that. Our choice, on the other hand, is to make the quality of our basic bricks and standard bricks solid and reliable enough, so that creators who need large quantities of fundamental parts have a truly dependable option. The fact that you recognized this shows that you truly understand this field. Thank you for your repeated support, and for taking the time to write down these observations. We will continue to refine the quality of our basic bricks and our website experience, and we look forward to seeing you again next time. Happy building, MyGoBricks Team [email protected]

I placed my order on 22 November 2025 and was pleasantly surprised at how transparent the entire process was. Production began the very next day on 23 November 2025, which aligns well with the company’s stated standard processing time of 10–12 business days for handcrafted items. By 7 December 2025, the packaging stage was completed, and the order shipped out on 8 December 2025. Initially, I had selected the standard shipping option (estimated 7–15 business days, priced at $3.99), but on 4 December 2025 I decided to upgrade to express shipping. The upgrade cost $19.98, and in hindsight it was worth it: the package arrived promptly on 12 December 2025, fitting perfectly within the stated 3–5 business days for express delivery. One drawback was the unexpected customs and handling fee: on 10 December 2025, I had to pay 13.32 € to FedEx for taxes/duties/fees. However, customer service reacted quickly. On 12 December 2025, they offered a $4.86 refund toward those charges and assured me that they would “look for new shipping partners to avoid similar problems in the future.” This was a positive gesture, even though it didn’t fully cover the cost. As for the product itself, the building bricks arrived on 12 December 2025 in excellent condition. The quality and appearance are very good, and everything looks as expected. Assembly is still pending because the set (around 200 pieces) is intended as a Christmas gift, but based on first impressions, I’m very satisfied with the craftsmanship. Overall impression: ✔️ Transparent production timeline ✔️ Fast and reliable express shipping ✔️ High-quality bricks ✔️ Responsive customer service ❗ Unexpected customs fees (partially reimbursed)

Dear Mr. Holzer, Thank you for documenting the entire timeline so thoroughly. November 22 ordered, November 23 production started, December 7 packaging completed, December 8 shipped, December 12 arrived safely—you mapped out every single milestone. For handmade custom products, production lead time is both our biggest focus and our greatest source of nervous energy. We need to balance quality with timeliness, and hearing you describe the whole process as "transparent" tells us our communication efforts are genuinely making a difference. Your decision to upgrade to express shipping was a smart call. Paying $19.98 for on-time delivery—especially during the holiday rush when logistics are under immense strain—was absolutely worth it, and we completely understand why that mattered to you. The actual delivery timeline you experienced also confirms the reliability of our express shipping routes, which gives us confidence as well. Now, about those customs fees—€13.32, definitely not a pleasant surprise, especially when a package is practically at your doorstep. While this is ultimately beyond our control (customs policies are determined by destination countries), we are actively working on two fronts: evaluating new logistics partners to find routes with smoother customs clearance, and providing clearer fee estimates at checkout to reduce the chance of "unexpected surprises." Our customer service team offered a $4.86 refund—not a full coverage, but a genuine gesture that we don't want our customers to bear these uncontrollable costs alone. Thank you again for sharing your complete experience with us—both the positives and the frustrations. If you have any thoughts after your build, feel free to reach out anytime. Happy building, MyGoBricks Team [email protected]
