Hi, Thank you so much for sending me a replacement bracelet. I truly appreciate your help in resolving the issue and your willingness to make things right. I was very excited about the bracelet, especially since it was a birthday gift to myself, so I’m grateful that a replacement is being sent. Thank you again for your excellent customer service and assistance.

After buying a suite of items I have tried to get customer service to help me return or exchange the items. While they are very sparkly, the stones are too big to appear real, the tennis necklace is far too long. Going back and forth with customer service is a frustrating & long experience to get a response and ultimately a result. It's still ongoing however they are not responding to the problem. I am extremely disappointed and very underwhelmed about how this company handles problems, issues, customer service and customer satisfaction.

Hi Patrice, Im sorry you had this experience so far, thats not what we want for you. We have a smaller carat tennis bracelet and a shorter necklace as well, so we can easily return and exchange it for free, which is standard procedure for us. So im not sure you had this experience so far, so I've escalated to our customer support team to dive deep into your case You will be receiving your free return & free exchange instructions soon, if we havent send it already and maybe you missed the mail! We will be in contact to get it sorted for you!

The bracelets & necklaces are lovely! Not only perfect for travel, but everyday wear, as well! Price extremely reasonable & delivery timely. Received many compliments when wearing. Nice to know it doesn’t turn green against your skin. Can wear 24/7 without issue!! Highly recommend!

I purchased a tennis bracelet.after receiving the wrong size.I reached out to ask for a refund.this was the reply 2:16 B 回 •••website did not list sizes in description.company replied and said for the millionth time that They’d only be willing to exchange the bracelet for a larger size, I requested a refund not an exchange. The 7.5”will not work for me nor will the 8”I have never been harassed by any company to keep merchandise I clearly can’t use TREASURE Jenalee | Customer... Sep 13 to me v ... Hello Edwina, Thank you for reaching out. Since the order does not qualify for a return for a refund, we're unable to provide a return address for that purpose. However, since your original concern was regarding the sizing, we'd be happy to offer an exchange for a larger size. We currently have 7.5-inch and 8-inch options available. Please let us know which size would work best for you, and we'll provide the instructions for the next steps. Hi Edwina, The bracelet is 7" like stated in the product description. We do have bigger sizes available, so if you reached out before the order we could've led you the correct way with ordering a 7.5" or 8". As its an sizing issue we would love to return & exchange for the correct size for your wrist, totally for free. Looking forward to your response so we could solve it for you!
