This is by far the best experience I have ever had in dealing with online health services. The app is super simple to navigate. The doctor is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and reliable. The support staff are compassionate and eager to help. Please look no further, if it’s convenience, accuracy, kindness and fast service you seek, this should be your first and last stop!!!

Incredibly thorough and comprehensive care. Having Dr. Sartin as part of my ongoing care team has been amazing. I truly appreciate how much time is taken to talk to me about the medical situations I’m facing, and to help advise about ongoing treatment, plans and referrals. It’s also less common to find a doctor as responsive and genuine as she has been. Fantastic health service and a whole lot of care, empathy, and integrity.

I recently had a virtual visit with Dr. Aaron Sartin, and it was an excellent experience. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, just like an in-person doctor’s visit. What really stood out was his attentiveness—he followed up with my care recommendations the very next day, ensuring I had all the information I needed. The convenience of the online visit didn’t compromise the quality of care at all. I highly recommend Dr. Sartin for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician!

Very simple and smooth process! I’m between doctors and needed my refills, and my med refills was a great experience. Just fill out the forms, the doctor reviews them, and prescription is electronically transferred to the pharmacy. Couldn’t be easier! I highly recommend this company!
