The results were clear and easy to understand. They took longer than I expected. I sent in 2 kits on the same day. I haven't received word about the second kit yet.

I love how easy the whole process is and the fast turn around once it was noted as received. The report was very thorough and easy to follow, it gave me alot of helpful information about my pup. I thought it took a while to receive, more than two weeks but it wasn’t much of an issue. I appreciate the service and feel like it was a good value for the cost

Generic test. Not thorough. Was waiting for a test kit- mentioned you need to ship it back on your own after I inquired. Too expensive for what was paid.

I liked the convenience of doing the process. I was a bit taken aback by how much it cost to mail it via the USPS, not your issue, but I am sure a concern for a lot of people. I wish there were a way to incorporate more info the dog's specific food allergies and issues with the testing.
