It was great to get the test done for my dog with allergy problems. The service was fast and easy. Now I know what not to feed my dog.

I guess I was expecting a more definitive answer for my cat's diarrhea. I did change his food to Chicken and Peas, which he loves. However, his soft stool continues.

The test was impossible to read and understand. Unless your a biochemist. And the speed the test was done I feel seemed a bit shady. I recieved a email stating they recieved it and was thin an hour or so the test was done. 95% of the wording I couldn’t read never mind understand .I still have no idea what if anything my dog is allergic to. Very disappointed and would not recommend this product.

This is a little on me because I assumed they were doing a genetic analysis. They mention alternative medicine on their site, but I assumed that was for treatment of dietary problems. I was unable to find any description of how they analyze your pet's fur on the website and only discovered they use "bioresonance therapy" after receiving the results. What's bioresonance therapy? It's a fringe method that has little to no scientific support. It would be better if they were upfront about the methods they used. I imagine this is by design as many people, myself included, would not pay for something that is useless. I am glad I checked the box to get out of the 24/7 vet subscription.

My dog was struggling with allergies which the doctor kept saying it was a bacterial infection and come to find out. He’s just allergic to everything beef and whole grain citric acid everything I was feeding him. This test has made my life so much easier and now my dogs’s all better with no medicine.

It just doesn’t seem accurate or legitimate. I would recommend the test from the veterinarian to be certain. The company did retun the results quickly.
