What was sent was a complete puece of JUNK. Took way to long to receive. Contacted the company no response. I since got the real name brand otterbox phone clip from amazon in 3 days for half the price. I reported this company because after a month I still didn't have the item I ordered.then it appears in the mail and is worthless. They gor me for 14.95. It's going in the garbage.

I have tried to call you and send you emails regarding that I need to return my item. Emails were returned undeliverable and phone said voicemail was full. Please contact me ASAP to tell me how I return my item.

1st of all, I was sent the wrong product. I ordered the vent holder for my phone, but was sent a phone holder for the dashboard. 2nd- I've tried to e-mail and called to get a return label, but the e-mails comes back as invalid. I called their phone number and got a recording to leave message, left message with NO RETURN CALL. So, I figure that there is NO RETURNS POLICY, which I purchased the item, it showed a free return, NOT. MyPhoneCase has terrible customer service policy.
