one of the screen guards arrived broken

I never recieved my product! Please help

I ordered a dark purple leather iphone wallet case and received a lavender iphone wallet case which is many shades lighter than the purple one. The iphone case is also made of faux suede, not leather. There's no point in returning it because I'd have to pay for shipping and they only give store credit and charge a restocking fee. I also ordered an adjustable phone holder that attaches to car mirror that did not arrive. I never received an email or text msg about the status of the phone holder.

They were timely on order, but did not send all items that we were charged for.

It was the wrong size. I have a Galaxy S21 Android, which was what I ordered. The sticker and label said it was for that type of phone. However, the case wasn't long enough to fit on my phone. I feel like I got scammed.

Very difficult to get the right case. Several previous orders the phone cover just didn't fit. 1st try from this company and bingo perfect fit.

Not damaged fit just right

Misleading labeling. Pay attention to what it actually says not what it appears to say.
