Never responded to my email regarding description of case that covered only half the screen and how to go about returning it.

Fit perfict and was exactly as described

Phone case is not reversible like other otter box case. Not thrilled with it and don’t plan to use it.

Arrived quickly, but no instructions in the package.

The phone case i received for my iPhone 13 was too large. I tried to call but the number online doesn't work. Also, i sent an email trying to make an exchange for a mini-iPhone 13 case or get a refund, but i never got a response to my email after making several attempts.

I never received my phone cases - they went to some other state. I called 323-929-6878 to let them know I never received them when I got a message that they were delivered and no one ever got back to me. I would like the cases - you had them go to 7692 Helena Rd in some other state other than Wisconsin. Please figure this out as I will not give a good review on this company.
