Not even close as advertised. They say they are located in the US. Shipping is from China. It is very thinn and way darker than advertised. Also no packaging just the blanked vaccumed.

Grace was prompt in her reply and very helpful. She accommodated to my feedback very well. I am very satisfied with her service!

Great company very helpful and freindly customer service, vivian helped me with my issue quickly and professionally, definitely a 5 stars for me.

Although the gift never arrived. Vivian from the service department was very quick to respond and follow up as best she could. I did receive a full refund, with the possibility that the item may still arrive. I understand that this is a third party logistics issue and not a fault of myphotobags. So for that reason, I give a 5 star rating for the excellent follow up service and support.

Clearly a drop shipper. Quality of the "blankets" is very poor. They are small also. It took almost 3 months to get my order. The website says the company is based in the USA but the package received was covered with Chinese labelling etc. Had i wanted a Chinese product, i would have went to Temu or Aliexpress which is where i think these came from.

The product is exactly as described and the quality is good. The shipping process took some time and was quite expensive, I ordered to Germany and it took like 2 weeks. The product itself is a nice gift and I wished I could have added more sides to the magazine, that would have been even cooler. Overall I’m pretty satisfied and I can recommend the shop.
