Excellent customer service!! From booking their service over the phone, to the movers who helped move me out of my condo, everything was a positive experience! Nick, Fred, and Donnell were very careful with my furniture and very detailed oriented to ensure everything was wrapped and packed carefully. Would love to have the same movers help me into my new house once it's time to move in. Overall, five star experience!

we did not get all of our stuff things are missing I think we should have gotten money back the movers were ok we are missing lamp shades for many of our floor lamps missing hats ice cream makers we got a lot of broken stuff dishes china cabinet ,buffet we paid a lot of money for crappy service the worst I ever had

We still can’t find many essentials because of mislabeled and unlabeled boxes, things put into the wrong place, lost items, and multiple broken items.

Great job by the MyPorter team! I've had horrible issues with moving companies before and was worried about having to move again... The team they sent me was so nice and made the process almost feel easy. Glad to be in my new house and thankful to all the guys who helped me out!
