Great customer service understandable and good communication

This is classic bait and switch. I booked, or thought I did a deal, then I received a “verification call.” Magically the price had escalated $700, per the person who called me said it was not a real booking on the website. Not only that but the destination had changed to an airport three hours away on a different carrier. The customer verifier said that was the best deal. I gave them my credit card information on the website in good faith that I was booking flights on the website. What a scam. I ran businesses for 40 years and have never misled or treated customers in this deplorable manner. Do not do business with this business.
