Great customer service. WAGGLE DOES EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED TO HELP KEEP OUR PETS SAFE!

We had trouble keeping it connected, even at our home. At one camp ground it wouldn’t connect, but at another it did great. When it works it’s a super product and I love it!

My device still does not work. It is “looking for connection” and took over two days on a charger to get to 100% charged.

I got the device to work once, then when we traveled to the USA, we couldn't get it working, tried the help, but no luck and gave up on it.

Helpful, knowledgeable customer service!! Took care of my issue immediately!

Be more upfront on how the product works: limited connections, poor battery, not reliable. I don’t trust this product to ever leave my pets unattended
