Had the myzone for 18months has worked well up until now the unit has just died won't charge won't turn on. I get that I have had it a while but the customer service is pointless they just emailed me a few days later telling me to try all the stuff I already had tried to no avail. Obviously Im meant to buy a new unit but I'd sooner go for something else that maybe offers a better warranty or be less prone to break down

Just crap. Offers loyalty credits to get gyms on board who then push it to their members. Not accurate, tech is out dated and getting help with an issue is damn near impossible. I will be dumping and going to Garmin.

Ich habe dieses Produkt gekauft und seitdem nur Probleme gehabt. Das Produkt hat von Anfang an nicht richtig funktioniert. Nach zahlreichen E-Mails und viel Hin und Her wurde mir schließlich ein Umtausch zugesichert. Jetzt versuche ich herauszufinden, wann ich mein Ersatzprodukt erhalte, aber auf meine E-Mails bekomme ich keine Antwort. Der Kundenservice ist leider enttäuschend.

It’s definitely not a one off cost. Onto my third switch belt now in the space of 9 months. £19.99 for a new belt and Myzone have the audacity to charge £9.99 for a belt to be posted.

Purchased an mz switch 4 weeks ago, has never charged fully and discharges itself in a few hours , I get 1 gym session tracked only. I swapped item for another at Snap fitness where I purchased, and new one has same issues. I have contacted customer services numerous times with a reply each time stating help is on the way and that's it! no further response I've just requested another exchange or refund for the 2nd time via customer services. All the other units in stock at the gym had similar charging issues, so it is pointless getting another local exchange. It appears through this experience and other reviews on here there is a faulty batch, however customer service is not responding to either me or my gyms concerns.

I ordered and received the myzone in December 2023. It stopped working after 6 weeks and did not hold charge. I contact customer support on 4 separate occasions as well as on instagram and have never heard back 6 mths later. I left a review of the app on playstore and no response. I saw myzone have responded to some of these complaints so I thought I'd have some luck with response here. Because after 6 weeks of use, 5 mths of no use, 4 attempts at contact, 1 insta message and now 2 reviews, I am thoroughly pissed off with the service. I enjoyed the tracker for the short time I had it. That's why I was hoping I would be sent a replacement, but I think the fact I asked for that meant my complaint went onto the bin.

Got first introduced to this tracker at a group fitness box and think the concept is awesome and motivated me greatly to be consistent and try harder in my workout sessions to climb the leaderboard. Outside of the group sessions, the different status's built in really do help to not only train consistently but to keep training! I actually had an issue with the device after I left the group coaching and by chance bumped into the founder of the company at a fitness event: Dave and his team went out of their way to look after me, replaced my device and also followed up to fix a software issue with my account. Super happy to finally have my device working again and racking up those MEPS!
