We have not received the throttle. Customer service can't even verify that the item has shipped. Leaving us with an E bike that does not work.

It was nice to see that your customer service was so intent on making sure that the correct battery was identified.

I've yet to receive the part requested.

I bought and paid for a battery charger. It was shipped (I think), I received a tracking number (GFUS01013371828672 ). I cannot get any information on when and how the package will/when arrive. No useful information from Nakto or the shipping company was shared. Very frustrated customer, Aziz Baameur

Fast shipping and quality bikes!

brand new battery and only last for 4 miles before going dead. Same with the brand new bike i purchased. NOT ok for a 300 battery.

I placed an order and then you canceled it a week later because you didn’t have stock. Could have let me know.
