You guys were great helping us choose our new pool & all the items we needed to get our happy place back. The pool manufacturer not so much, it took a really long time to get the pool & since then we’ve had problems with the pump. Two years later we still don’t have the right pump. Now there is a leak in the liner, no obvious hole that we can see, so we think it’s in a seam but have to try to figure out where. We will probably have to replace the liner at our cost & find someone to install it for us.

The machine and computer were not always accurate so I thought I wasn't given the correct amount of chemicaks for my pool water problem and had to return several times. The sales associates always did their best to help which I appreciated the most. Great service from them!

PLEASE CALL ME .... THE POOL IS NOT GOOD QUALITY AND IS NOT STURDY. THE SIDES MOVE FREELY AND AS A POOL OENER FOR 20 YEARS, I DONT THINK THAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING

Everything in stock and guys were very helpful with finding what I needed. They even helped me carry everything out to my car while respecting social distancing. Great experience in a difficult time.

The customer service was great. the staff waa very frieny and helpful. They knew what they were tslking about. Every question i had, they had an answer. And i did what was told to me to fix my pool and it worked. Definitely recommend to anyone.
