Over the past several years NAMCO has become my go to supplier. They always have had what I am looking for. Prices are reasonable and I don’t mind driving the additional distances.

The worst company in the world to ever do business with you do not stand behind your product nor do you give an inch when it comes to trying to have it shipped without paying the freight charge after all this is my third Namco Pool and it will be my last due to your poor customer service

I received a replacement pool cover in the fall 2019 as the new cover I purchased in the fall 2018 opened at the seam over the winter. I looking at my pool today I see that the new cover did the same thing, same spot. Again I have to do a lot more to get the pool ready this year. It's great you replaced the cover last year for free, but there may be a production problem
