Came in for pristine blue testing a few…
Came in for pristine blue testing a few times a year...sometimes test supplies were not in stock, the tester had little knowledge of the pristine blue system which is a non chlorine system, sometimes they ran numerous test to get good results. If water was “off”, they made recommendations from a printout, but with no chemical knowledge base when questions were asked. I browsed patio stuff while there and found it mostly overpriced.

Pool installation was terrible..
Pool installation was terrible... customer service after the purchase was none existent. I would not recommend doing business with Namco Pools.
