Did Not Work As Advertised The right hearing aid would not hold a charge therefore we could not get it to add to the bluetooth. I need to return these to you and receive a full refund of all monies taken out of my account. Also, do no take any futher monies from my account.

The checkout site was confusing to me. It showed a partial payment. Not a payment in full. Did not give me a confirmation of transaction, but order got placed in full payment as I had hoped. So i E Mailed to see what happened and they were very quick to respond. The company has been in contact with me and show a great deal of concern that I was satisfied.
