The instructions are difficult to discern. My right side finally started to work earlier today (after 3 days trying to figure out what the heck . The left side beep either 2 times or steady. I can't tell if the aids are on or off ; fully charged or not . The person has an accent that's hard to follow ( I get it , they need to make a living too ).

I ordered online the Nano CIC rechargeable hearing aid for my Mom who is turning 100 years old in April. The person I interacted with, Thomas, is beyond professional but also courteous and I am looking forward to receiving my order on March 12 as indicated on the tracker.

After not receiving my order after almost a year and could not locate tracking by number with usps I thought I wouldn’t receive. I called and within 7 days received another pair. Customer service was fantastic and they work very well. I can hear so much better.

Hi , let b me tell you what, your 45 day refund totally sucks. I exchanged the back of the ear for inside the ear ya knocked off $150 but the hearing aids didn't charge. But then sending them back cost me $14.50. I was told that I would be satisfied with the in the panel type, I asked about the feed back I heard was a problem. I was told there was little to none. These things are going to make me deaf with the screaming. I'm sure it will be another $14.50 to send back the second set.
