Dear Rex, We truly appreciate your feedback. Just to clarify — the jacket is made from genuine sheepskin leather, which is naturally lighter and softer than cowhide. The leather smell you noticed is completely normal for real leather and fades after some time in open air. Regarding your concern, we see that you’ve already opened a case with PayPal — they’ll review everything fairly, and if your claim is valid, you’ll get your refund directly through them. We also noticed your delivery was to a remote area, and the shipping payment wasn’t completed, but we still sent your order to ensure timely delivery. We respect your opinion and are always here to help if you need further assistance. Thanks! Best Regards, Team Narson Leather
