Why call to be rude and not listen
Agent I tried to speak with when she called name is Olivia. I stressed i was at work and needed specific questions answered obviously due to a time constraint. This is the 1st encounter with an agent that signified a disregard for basic customer‑service standards, leading me to conclude that NASM does not consistently enforce accountability for all staff.

The scope of the material covered in…
The scope of the material covered in the program is comprehensive. The audio could be better and sound more human than computer bot.

I’ve begged for a refund and repurchase…
I’ve begged for a refund and repurchase as my company made me aware of our employee discount for NASM which I will pay $299 for the full bundle. I have spoken to an agent who was no help at all when I begged and pleaded for help as I can’t afford 4 $370.50 payments right now. I lost my previous job and my credit is about to be maxed out from these payments. I need help. I can repurchase the $299 through crunch fitness as soon as possible in order to not pay almost 1,500 total.

Best program to get certified with!
It was very easy to follow the courses and passed on my first attempt after failing the another organization exam 3 times before switching to NASM. Great experience

The material is well laid out
The material is well laid out. I will say though, the help and advice I had received when I have needed to call, has been extremely helpful! The feeling of receiving the professional and sincere help is incredible. The course material is well later out. Still so much to learn but feel I’m off to a good start.
