Maria was great with customer service; very helpful and kind

Maria in customer service helped so much with my lost package. It left the pharmacy but was stuck for 6 days at local UPS so nothing that was their fault.. she was able to file a claim and get the meds reshipped. Very fast and helpful responses.

Very responsive and supportive. Carlo helped me and even followed up like he said he would.

I've got a new shipment coming in a couple of weeks and I want to stay at the same dosage because I've reached my goal!! 🎉 I contacted the support team through chat and Maria guided me through the next steps which simply was updating my health status.
