Their customer service is excellent. They do what they can to keep existing customers happy. The only issue I ran into was my auto renewal was about a week late so I had to go a week without my medication.

very friendly and supportive. was able to help me change my prescription to what I am currently taking and was very speedy with her responses

I was having trouble on the web site, panicking about a cc charge/ order I did not want. Novah helped me to resolve the issues AND set me up for my further needs, which I had been wondering about as well. Novah was respectful, patient and very helpful! I do wish the web page gave easier access to humans but I am Blessed to have gotten Novah and I am grateful for the time spent with me!
