Great product.

Love the product but the website, digital and customer service experience is the worst. The website is clunky. Password resets don’t work. It’s rare to run into such a bad e-commerce experience these days. It’s like a website from the early 2000s. I’ve used Native Remedies products for 10 years or more. I’ve had to call customer service 3-4 times over the years and STILL the rudest people on the other line I’ve EVER experienced. Leaves me wondering how awful it must be to work there and what the culture is like to have such miserable customer service people. The only reason it’s not a 1 star rating is because the products are great. Can’t live without them. But getting them is THE WORST. And if you ever need to talk to someone you’ll see what I mean. It’s a surreal terrible experience.

Shipping took far too long (I live in Alaska - but there are many options especially for small items). Shipping via USPS first class mail (same cost) takes only days.

Not sure if it’s the placebo effect or not but two or three of these guys seem to take the edge off when I have a social event that I’m dreading. No side effects, no drowsiness. I recommend!

We didn't know what to do when we found out our dog got cushings disease. He had numerous problems once they found out what he had. We looked all over for something that would help have an easier life. Someone suggested that they had used Native Remedies. So we tried and a lot of his problems have gone away or don't bother him that much. I'm so happy that for the rest of his life, he can be comfortable and back to his old self. Thanks!!
