It says 2 day shipping but it's technically 4-6 days

The scents are excellent. My only problem is that the banana oil cap was loose, so a good portion had leaked out and now my kitchen smells like banana. Which is great! But not how I wanted it to happen

Many chooses were out of stock with date of restock which was very frustrating.

Always been a good supplier but now supplies are slow and communication is slower (and non-existent).

It use to be I ordered from Natures Garden and my order arrived by the end of the week or in a few days. Now it is costing the same to ship, but taking 2-3 weeks to ship, even one bottle of oil. And the last few shipments, I have been underwhelmed and dissatisfied because the fragrance just wasn't there, it was a bottle of fragrance-less oil. Nobody ever reaches out, returns calls or anything else and they have 0 return policy, so you're stuck with what you got.

I received the package and everything was in there, though one of the bottles did leak a bit, which is why I lowered my rating.

I had no issues with ordering and receiving my order and, thankfully, nothing spilled. The packaging wasn’t very secure, even though I requested they make sure it is to avoid spills. I was lucky nothing spilled. The price is not bad but considering that some of the fragrance oils I ordered are quite weak in potency or don’t spell as described, I would say this company is a hit and miss and you don’t always get value for money. Also, they did not publish any of my reviews that were below 4 stars. Beware of items on their site with so many 5 star reviews, they are not always accurately rated since the company gets to choose what to publish. There are certain items I would not have purchased if all reviews of them were published. For this reason, I might have to reconsider purchasing from them again. A shame because some of their fragrance oils are very good.
