No return policy on defective product
Over two weeks delivery Product delivered not to expectations, no return policy, blames their suppliers as they are "just a middle man", offered me 15% after 2 weeks of complaints. Don't trust them!

Took a long time to receive
Took a long time to receive. Went through one box. Maybe has helped my pulled tendons in arm, a bit. How long does it typically, take to work?
