I've used 4 different branches as my "primary" base. Virtually every experience I've ever had has been fantastic. And their loan rates are better than most.

In all my years, I have been with many different banks, as I have moved and such, and I will say that SECU, is by far my most favorite. I will never leave, I do not ever plan on leaving this bank and I have gotten my daughter on and she is now living her life and loving her bank. I now have also started my son savings account with this bank, and I hope they keep it forever as well. I honestly have no idea how long I have been a member, but it’s been at least 10 years. Absolute wonderful customer service every time I go. Representatives and cashiers are always pleasant and very nice. The wait time is never outrageous. I always feel very welcomed and it’s nice. I will always suggest this bank to people and if they cannot get in for one reason or another, I will not do it for them unless it’s immediate family but I like not just everybody can join because it would be extremely busy.

I have been banking with NCSECU since 2000, and I don't ever plan to leave the credit union even though I have left the state. Customer service has always been fast, efficient, and courteous. Their interest rates remain lower than most other banking institutions, and if a customer has an issue with identity theft or credit card disputes, they are always on top of it right away and typically resolve the issue in favor of the customer. I give them my highest recommendation!

Full service banking. Staff are always very helpful and service is better than most normal banks. Also much faster to get hold of someone on the phone compared to normal banks where you can be stuck on hold for ages. Also i did not have any fees except for $1 annual membership fee.

Worst bank ever. They act like they are doing you a favor just to hold your money (over $50k most of the time) and then become belligerent when you need anything from them. Had a POC friend come in with a check from me and they refused to cash it- for NO reason. Find somewhere to bank besides the Hamilton Rd branch. Horrible customer service.

This is the best bank I have ever dealt with. They are courteous and responsive and super helpful.

Freaking awesome bank. ( credit union). Nice. And just plain good !
