First visit to install: respectful, polite, efficient personnel who know their job and how they integrate with the project. Staff were willing to accept payment by checks mailed to the office. Install team seemed well choreographed for efficiency and quality work. Now if the system lives up to its potential and future service is as good… then we will sing your praises to those interested. NC Solar Now is a fabulous company. I interviewed several companies and NC Solar Now had the best value. They arrived exactly on time and got right to work. They don't sub-contract the work so the staff are all employees of NC Solar Now. I thought was a huge plus and felt they worked really well as a team. They kept me informed of their progress and answered any and all questions I had. After the job was complete, the staff kept in touch with me to provide the next steps which, btw, they complete for the client. Highly, highly recommend!
