This company is the greatest. Carlos helped me out and the quality of the plants are so real and the prices are very reasonable. They specialize in fake plants so you know your getting good quality.

I had a really good experience ordering from Nearly Natural. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. After a lot of fluffing and positioning the flowers (which is fun, imo) - it lols so big and full. Beautiful with all my real flowers outside my front door !

I ordered four two foot tall cedar bushes. The carrier delivered them to the wrong address. I notified Nearly Natural and they immediately shipped out a new order. In the meantime, the party that received the first order brought them to my home - amazing. Nearly Natural said to keep the original and new orders with no charge. I can’t ask for more than that. I also don’t understand that comments about flimsy shipping containers. The ones that I received were well packed. I am giving them a five star review for customer service.

I purchased 2 ficus trees, a 6 ft and a 3 ft. Both look very realistic and were easy to shape. I absolutely love them!

I ordered a 42” spathiphyllum and while it was beautiful, it was just too small for the space. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a return label. As soon as I dropped the package off at FedEx, I almost immediately received a refund. I ordered a 4’5” spathiphyllum instead and it arrived promptly. It is absolutely beautiful and I am delighted. I couldn’t be happier with the way customer service handled the return. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and their products are beautiful
