My package was stolen out of my mailbox and NeatoShop sent me a replacement free of charge! Could have been a crappy situation, but I end up with my package AND some extra gratitude!

Great vendor to work with. I ordered 12 t-shirts for an upcoming family vacation and received them right away. Needed to exchange one due to wrong size and they replaced it free of charge (no shipping fee) and told me to keep the shirt I needed to replace. They were very quick to respond to my email about the order. I will definitely order from them again.

Great customer service i sent neatoshop a e-mail can they ship my order out quicker cause i needed it for something and they replied right away and did it with no problem not to mention there print quialty is A1 there best shirt printing company out there and there very nice and understanding people.

Great company. Huge selection. I found about neatoshop from an independent artist that produces awesome graphics. And neatoshop prints the artist’s images on tee shirts. I spent $150 on custom shirts. Don’t tell my wife. Happy with all of my choices. Kids loved theirs. I made a mistake in my order and they fixed my error without charge. I will definitely be buying from them again. My little kid has 5 shirts in his queue.

Ordered a t-shirt for a vacation I was taking, only to find out the “ship by” date was a little later than I needed. Got in contact with their customer service hoping to upgrade to express shipping. Within hours, not only had a customer service representative bumped my order to the front of the queue and upgraded me to priority mail at no additional cost, but my order had already been shipped!

Initial order came earlier than expected. The shirt was an amazing quality! I ordered the wrong size and was worried I wouldn't get an exchange in time for Christmas but they assured me I would. I contacted customer support and was informed they will reprint the shirt in the size I needed at NO EXTRA cost to me! They even let me keep the initial order. WOW... amazing customer service! This company took care of me amd made me a priority. I will definitely buy from this company again and highly recommend them! Thank you neato for being an amazing company!!

Ordered a shirt and a pull over sweater arrived earlier and quality was amazing ! Lots of companies online to order anime shirts from glad I found one with quality products!
