I wrote an honest review MONTHS ago about my experience trying to get a refund from Nebroo, including the $40 return shipping charge. After a number of phone calls back and forth, a nice customer service agent told me to request the shipping refund on PayPal, which I did. However they failed to actually follow through and refund that money. After four months, I gave up. They have now reported my review, claiming I violated some sort of privacy rule, perhaps because I actually complimented the customer service person by name. Honestly, a compliment. My review has been removed. I have appealed that. But in the meantime, I adamantly believe, now more than ever, that this business has questionable values. Funny that I had accepted that I'd never receive that money. But they couldn't accept that someone gave an honest review. I'm sure they'll report this review, as well.

Karl helped me figure out why one of my aids was not working properly. He walked me through some tests and then got a replacement ordered. He also sent me a helpful video to reference in the future. Top quality service from a top quality company.

Richie the person with Nebroo was very patient with all the questions that I asked and answered them with the information that I was requesting.. He provided the e-mails that I asked for about the costs and services included.

Thony was very helpful today. He answered all my Questions and has sent smaller ear aids. I am hoping They fit properly in my ears. Thank You Thony
