Bery awesome

Both the chair and ordering processes were exceptional! This chair is a graduation gift, and I know my wife will be thrilled. Thank you so much!

We just love the comfort And adjustable levels for reclining. The XL seat did not allow quite enough room for comfort under desk when we 1st received it. Contacted customer service and immediately solved our issue with a short cylinder replacement option. It arrived in a few days and we swapped them out. Now it's a perfect fit under desk. We couldn't be more pleased with the chair and our experience with customer service! We highly recommend. Good quality chair with exceptional customer service.

Quick shipping, very easy to assemble, great product.

Chair was super easy to build, well packaged and nice !

The folks here are genuinely oriented toward the user experience and they love what they do! I have never experienced faster delivery and customer service times ever, and I won't be shopping around elsewhere to find out either! 6 out of 5 stars.

My 5-star Base Broke, and I was happy to see that you offered replacements for a reasonable price. Replacement was easy, but needed youtube guidance. I would recommend how-to videos for at-home replacement parts, which would be a nice touch in the future, similar to your assembly videos.

I got the large Office Series for my work desk and it’s awesome! I work at a University so I was able to get our logo and got my name embroidered on it. I sometimes sit for very long hours and this chair is a game changer compared to the crappy usual chairs that are provided by my office. The foam is firm but very comfortable for long hours. I love the adjustable arm rests and the fact that costumer service was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you sit in a chair for work!!
