We have partnered with NetGain for several years. They pride themselves on being the best of the best in their industry. I place a high value on our strategic planning sessions that help us identify our IT road map and better align us as an organization. Additionally, their 24 hour help desk is invaluable to our end users.

Excellent
Even though we have experienced some bumps on the road I consider switching to a managed service provider-NetGain one of my best decisions as a new executive director.

Louisville Server
Continuing to ignore note to not reboot Louisville server and it causes the same issues.
